On April 28th, 2024, Mt. Calvary SDA invites you to join us for Move More Day, a celebration of health and wellness! From 9 am to 12 pm, we'll be coming together as a community to embrace the joy of movement and promote active living. Get ready to feel energized, empowered, and inspired as we engage in a variety of fun and invigorating activities designed to get us up and moving.


  1. Chair Exercises: Whether you're looking to improve flexibility, strengthen muscles, or increase mobility, our chair exercises offer something for everyone. Led by experienced instructors, these low-impact workouts are suitable for all fitness levels and provide a fantastic opportunity to get your body moving in a comfortable and supportive environment.

  2. Walking Outside and Inside: Lace up your sneakers and hit the pavement as we embark on refreshing outdoor walks around our beautiful surroundings. For those who prefer to stay indoors, we've got you covered with designated walking routes throughout our facility. Wherever you choose to walk, you'll enjoy the invigorating benefits of physical activity while soaking in the fresh air and natural scenery.

  3. Boxing Station: Unleash your inner warrior at our boxing station! Channel your strength and focus as you punch away stress and tension, all while improving cardiovascular health and boosting endurance. With guidance from our skilled trainers, you'll learn proper techniques and leave feeling empowered and invigorated.

  4. Stretching: Take a moment to unwind and release tension with our relaxing stretching sessions. Led by certified yoga instructors, these gentle stretches will help improve flexibility, reduce muscle stiffness, and promote relaxation. Whether you're a seasoned yogi or new to the practice, you'll find these sessions rejuvenating for both body and mind.

  5. Chair Massages: Treat yourself to some well-deserved pampering with our chair massages. Our licensed massage therapists will melt away stress and tension with targeted massage techniques, leaving you feeling refreshed, revitalized, and ready to take on the day.
